This publication documents the making of the 2026 Yale Graphic Design MFA thesis books during a moment when they were still unfinished and evolving. Rather than presenting the books as final objects, it captures the process behind them: the experiments, revisions, improvisations, and environments that shaped their development over the course of the semester. Organized through fragments, layouts, and snapshots from the Graphic Design Atrium mezzanine, the publication reflects on the book not only as an object, but as a record of time, labor, and becoming of 17 unique practices.
